Shipping & Delivery Policy
Note: As we provide digital booking services for physical accommodations, "Shipping" refers to the processing and confirmation of your reservation.
1. Processing Time
All booking requests are processed immediately upon receipt. You will receive an initial acknowledgement email within minutes of your transaction.
Standard Confirmation Time: 1-2 business hours.
2. Delivery Method
Confirmation details, including check-in instructions, key codes (if applicable), and full property address, are delivered electronically via the email address provided at checkout.
3. Check-In & Access
Unlike physical goods, your "product" is available for "delivery" (check-in) on the specific dates selected.
- Check-in Time: Typically 3:00 PM onwards (GMT).
- Check-out Time: Typically 11:00 AM (GMT).
4. Delayed Confirmations
In rare cases, if verification is required for security, confirmation may take up to 24 hours. If you do not receive your confirmation within this timeframe, please contact our support team immediately.
