1. Cancellations & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you engage our services or book accommodation and need to cancel, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided the check-in date has not passed.
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us for a full refund. We aim to process all requests within 48 hours.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a return/refund:
- Your request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Your booking must not have already commenced (i.e., you haven't checked in).
- You must provide proof of purchase (Order ID).
3. Refund Process
Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (usually 5-10 business days depending on your bank).
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
